Prayers required

Sorry I haven't been visiting everyone's posts much lately.  I have a few health issues happening, which I was keeping  to myself, until a friend said I need to share. 


Going to the doctor Monday so will know more details after that.  As I've mentioned in the past I had a malignant melanoma removed 6 years ago.  Looks like the little bugger (pardon my French)  sent out some tentacles causing other problems.

Bear and I are both trying to stay positive which is really hard, as I had a friend go through exactly the same diagnosis recently. She was my mentor when I had my melanoma. We will be grateful of any prayers and positive vibes sent out way.

Thinking of you Roz

To my sweet friend Roz,  I want to pass on my sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your dear Mum.  My thoughts are with you today (Thursday) as I know how hard it is to say good bye to your loved one. 

Just remember your Mum will always be in your heart and watching over you.

JANS BIRTHDAY

Its one of our sweet friends birthdays today, so I'm spilling the beans.  Unfortunately she is feeling poorly, so maybe a bit of birthday cheer from  all  of us will make her feel better.

Happy birthday Jan,  we all hope you have a wonderful birthday.

Hopefully you can have a nice celebration once you feel better with some bubbly and delicious food.  Maybe John could match the colour of this champagne with a birthday spank.

One anonymous lurker came out of hiding to tell me she is a fellow Aussie and wants to communicate with me via email.  Woohoo!  Also Fondles has referred me to a blog friend of hers who happens to be an Aussie. Thank you so much Fondles.  A few other people delurked also, so I'm a very happy  person right now.

LOVE OUR LURKERS day 2

LOL 12  day part two.

Yesterday was heaps of fun, I think I've made a few new friends, I'd still like to see a few Aussies pop in to say G'day to me though. Living in  a continent as big as Australia with over 24 million residents, there really,  really has to be more than two homes practicing TTWD.  Where are all you spankos???????? I'm sure amongst my lurkers there are some from around here.

Come out of hiding all you Aussies.  I'd really like to meet more of you, so we can become friends. All you have to do is say hello to start, or if you are game leave me some more information about yourself. I don't bite really or at least not hard.   C'mon Aussie c'mon c'mon.

LOL 12 day has arrived, YAY!

Welcome to DOWNUNDER DREAMING

Bear and I have been married for a long, long time, we're retired, living our dream in a regional area of Victoria, Australia. We have so much fun practicing  ttwd with plenty of giggles from both of us.

So pull up  a chair so we can have a cup of tea and a chat. Bear has just made a fresh batch of scones for us to enjoy.                                                                                             

I know by the graph on my blog there are plenty of readers out there who stop by each post.  So this is your day to come out of the shadows to say G'day.  We love our lurkers and would really like to get to know you more. Don't be shy!  I would especially love to meet some fellow Aussies.  Where are you all?

I started out as a lurker about four years ago by commenting on peoples LOL day posts.  Funnily a few encouraged me to join in blogging, my reply was 'No way, I could never do that. I'm too shy'  Now here I am fast forward those years.... I've written a handful of stories for PK  over at  New Beginnings, then started my own blog.  Our blogging community are all so friendly, we are like one big happy family.

I'll start off asking you a question...... Have you read any good books lately?  I'm presently reading Jane Henry's   Mafia Daddy, its so good, as are all the books Jane writes.

I'm really looking forward to  Cassie's  Life  written by PK Corey being released next week.  Have you read the Cassie series?  If not do yourself a favour and go check them out.  Awesome books about the life of Cassie, Tom and all their friends.

LOL 12 day is coming

Love our lurkers day is just around the corner. Actually at the end of this week, Friday 17th and Saturday 18th. So polish your party shoes to be prepared for a fun time visiting everyone in the land.  If you are an old friend  or a new friend pop in to say hello to everyone.  This is the day you come out of hiding so we can see you and become friends. 

I'm really, really hoping to make some friends down under.  Its getting pretty lonely down here with just Don and myself.  In a land as big as Australia there must be other practicing 'This thing we do.' Come on you know you want to stop by and say Hello!  I don't bite, promise.
