Guess the Christmas Carols

Spanking is off the table at the moment in the Lindy/Bear house,  as Bear won't spank if I'm not feeling 100% well. That doesn't stop him from giving me some decent swats though.  Every morning when I come out after my shower he gives me a huge bear hug. 

Whilst I'm showering he is practicing his music. 
So as he cuddles me, my bottom becomes a drum for Christmas carols which I have to guess.
If I don't guess the swats become harder as he starts the tune over again.  Until I get the  rhythm 'n' beat and know the carol.  It's a fun way to lead up to Christmas especially seeing there are no OTKs going on.

We are off on a road trip of 500kms to visit our children and grandchildren Wednesday for an early family Christmas celebration.
It's going to be quite a shock for us with their weather, as here it has been in the high teens.  For example today is 17c here and where the kids live it is 29c and humid.

So hot, hot, SIZZLING HOT!

 They have so many activities planned for us in the week we are visiting.  Our eldest granddaughter is graduating primary school, so luckily we can attend her ceremony.  I think we will need a holiday to recover by the time we return home.

Will try to keep reading everyone's posts whilst we are away.  So have a nice relaxing time leading up to Christmas everyone and catch up when I can.

    I love the guess the Christmas Carol game..would certainly help get into the spirit of the season. Travel safely, and have a wonderful early holiday....I often need a vacation after a visiting the grands..always so busy and so much fun...so worth it.

      Hi Jan, It is a long tiring trip but the end result is worth it. Can't wait for all the cuddles from our grandchildren. Miss them so much.

    Sorry you're feeling below par Lindy, the guessing game sounds fun though. We're having a mild winter in southern England so far but I'd happily swap for your 29 degrees C, Winter is my least favourite season.

    Drive carefully Lindy...I know how quickly the heat can make you tired when driving even with the AC on. By the end of the week there is a forecast of 41C in southern Oz.
