'tis the season to be merry.

It must be the weather or season as Bear seems to be more in the mood to spank this time of the year.  As he is musically minded he plays a beat to different Christmas carols on my bottom daily, so I have to guess which one. Fa la la la la!   If I don't guess quickly he starts all over again harder.  So it pays to be right fairly quickly.  LOL!  We both always end up in fits of giggles.

Yesterday I was off to a Christmas party with my colourist group friends.  Before I left Bear called me into the bedroom, pulled down my pants and knickers.  Bent me over the bed then retrieved his NASTY belt from the ward robe.  I really hate this belt as it packs a punch and pleaded with him to grab the cricket bat instead.

No, he wasn't going to listen of course as its his decision. WHOOSH through the air, the belt landed way too high on my spine.  I was dancing around with the first strike, Bear told me to get back in position WHOOSH same place  struck  again.  So I rolled over onto my back pleading with him as it was too high and way too hard.   He apologised after seeing marks on my back then  went to his bed side table  to retrieve the table tennis bat.
Then he started with a volley of whacks this time hitting the correct area. Up, down all over my bottom, thighs and sit spots until it was a lovely shade of pinkish/red. It soon became stingy but I was starting to get to my nice place when he said its over.  He admired his handy work whilst rubbing away the sting, saying what are all your friends going to say when you turn up with a glowing backside.  Haha very funny Bear!

I promised to be a good girl, finished preparing the food and left with a quick cuddle and kiss.

Tomorrow (Sunday)  we are off to meet up with our family for a Christmas celebration, half way between our house and theirs, a long three hour drive.  I'm already apprehensive with how things are going to turn out.  This will be the first time we've all been together since last Christmas.  D2 only comes to make sure her children don't miss out on presents.  Hopefully everyone will be on their best behaviour.  If you hear WW4 has broken out, don't worry its just my family having a tiff.  Send me positive vibes please to make it through without loosing it.

Have a good weekend.

Hugs Lindy xx

  1. Hi Lindy, oh gosh I wouldn't fancy the table tennis bat, I much prefer leather, mind you I wouldn't be liking anything in the wrong place either! Have fun guessing those christmas carols.
I hope the weekend goes well, we too are off on our travels , to visit grandbaby. I shall be too busy to notice if ww4 does break out so fingers crossed it doesn't!

    1. Hi Jan, I much prefer leather also but not the NASY belt it is way too stingy. Bear has another nicer one which I like. The table tennis bat isn't too bad as its covers in rubber. The sting builds up after a while though.
      Enjoy your visit with grandbaby.
Our family celebration went reasonably well, with only a few hiccups.

  2. That cricket bat looks nasty to me....but a hand warm-up helps with any leather or wood. Christmas at time of such joy and stress...hope the day goes well and stays merry....hugs abby

    1. Abby Bear doesn't believe in warm ups, he goes straight to the point. I do prefer his hand or leather just not that belt.
The family celebration went reasonably well.

  3. I shall have to tell Sam about this post. He will love that Bear had the same idea. The other night it was "Jingle Bells" on my bottom followed by "God, Rest Ye Merry Gentleman."

    Sending Holiday Hugs Downunder,

  4. Goodness, I hope Harry doesn't get the 'guess the carol' idea, I'd be hopeless! Glad you're getting your bottom warmed, though the belt and ping pong paddle don't appeal to me.
Fingers crossed that your family get-together goes smoothly; have a great time.

    1. We might have to spill the beans with Harry about the guess the carol. Especially seeing Ella's Sam is doing it also. Maybe we could make it a TTWD tradition at Christmas.

Our family celebration was lovely. Perfect weather and mostly well behaved family.

  8. Hi Lindy, I love Bear's guess the carol game, he must be in the festive spirit lol. Not sure I would like to be on the other end of the game though, or the cricket bat!

I hope the family gathering went well and that everyone behaved and you all had a wonderful time. Family Christmas gatherings are a mix of fun and stress.

  10. LOL Lindy...not sure I'd be able to guess the songs before I ended up with a barn burner! Ooh that tennis bat looks painful but better than getting hit in the wrong place with the belt. Sending lots of prayers and positive thoughts that all goes well with the family gathering.

    Hugs and blessings...Cat

    1. Thanks Cat, the table tennis bat is rubber lined so not too bad, the sting builds up. Make you guess quickly with the carols so there is not a do over.

Things went reasonably well with our family celebration.
