ANSWERS TO FONDLES AND LEA'S QUESTIONS FOR MARCH

Fondles asks... DO you and bear share the same taste in music? Who gets to decide what plays on the car radio?

Where we live the car radio has one station only as its too hard to pick others up in our area. They mainly play modern music which is to my taste. As a teenager I wasn't allowed to go off to my room by myself to listen to music. Maybe my parents thought I'd get up to mischief. So I was brought up to their style of music.  Now I'm reliving my teens, well sort of, with music kids like these days.

Perfect

My favourite is Ed Sheeran who is currently touring downunder.  Wish I could have attended one of his concerts.

I like to tease Bear about his choice in music.  He is almost 7 years older than me so prefers what I call old fuddy duddy music. We don't generally listen to music at home.  The only music is Bear playing his accordion which I love to hear.

I won't send roses  by John  Barrowman

He has just taught himself to play a new song, I won't send roses.  It sounds beautiful and I've caught him singing to it. I did sneakily record it the other night when he thought I was getting ready for bed.  LOL!

Lea asks What song have you completely memorized?

Sorry to disappoint you Lea, I can honestly say none. Or perhaps that's a lie, as I remember nursery rhymes for the grandkids. Does that count??  Years ago I would have been able to memorise songs, now they fall through like my brains a sieve.
There are so many nice songs I wish I could remember. There again if you heard me singing I would probably shatter glass.

Thank you Fondles and Lea for your questions, both very interesting.

Its not too late if anyone has a question for March, ask away and I'll answer when I can.

Have a good week.

  1. Hi Lindy,

I enjoyed reading your answers. I'm probably mmore of a fuddy duddy with music too. 80's rock lol. I can't stand modern rap and hip hop, though I do like a lot of modern pop.

Bear teaching himself a new song and you recording him made me smile :)

    1. Thanks Jan, I do like to a certain degree to listen to fuddy duddy music. Just need a bit of a mix. Certainly when I'm dancing I enjoy the older music, more romantic.

  9. Hi Lindy, Eric and I have a song - Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran, so I'd join you at that concert in a heartbeat!

Here is a question for you: As I read posts from various blogs, different couples have various styles or goals with this lifestyle. Would you be willing to tell us of a time when Bear spanked you and fulfilled everything you wanted when you decided to live in this dynamic?

  11. Hi Lindy, :) Enjoyed reading your answers all about music! I'm with you- I like popular music too. I also enjoy all types of music. Ed Sheeran is super! I'd go to a concert with you as well! I think that he is very cute too! LOL!

Love LOVE LOVE that you recorded your Bear, playing the accordion and singing too. Sweet! Must be very fun to hear him play all the time.

Since we still have a bunch of the month left, and I am in my usual "catch up" mode, I'll think on a question or two, and pop back and ask away. Many hugs,

  12. I love listening to music and like lots of different genres and time periods of music, but for the life of me can't seem to remember the lyrics to any new songs. However I know all the songs from Sound of Music, and lots of Disney songs, and lullabies by heart. :-) Fun to hear your and Bear's music choices. How fun that he plays the accordion. Hugs
