FFF #43

Another week come and gone with nothing significant to report from down under.  We have been out and about most days, so I managed my steps, also did a bit of decluttering.

Would you believe on Monday it was 38c/110.4f in my part of the woods. We had to dust off our summer clothes.  Since then it has only topped 14c/57.2f with snow in parts of Victoria.

10cm snow overnight at Falls Creek, Victoria

Snow today in Tasmania

Mother nature is so hormonal as its seven days to the start of summer here. Where, oh where is the nice weather?????? Back to winter clothes again, how silly! Maybe we might have a white Christmas.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends who celebrate it in the USA. Hope you all had a lovely day with family and friends.

Have  a wonderful weekend.
Hugs Lindy xx

    1. Yes summer and snow don't make sense. I would love to see snow in my area, its just chilly and bleak. Oh well I guess the heat will come eventually.

    1. Well done on your exercise Ella. I'm sure you'll burn off all the goodies you ate in the next few days.

  3. Hi Lindy,

Well done on the steps and decluttering.

The weather here is all over the place too. Last week some parts of the country had more snow than in winter and flooding. Here, we've been having 4 seasons in a day. Rain and much cooler tempreture one minute and sunny and warm the next.

    Hugs

  4. We have gone from feeling like -20 C to 8 C. Just an FYI for you down under November is not normally THAT cold here. The minus 20 is more February weather. Snow arrived on all my blooming flowers! Ah well before Christmas snow is welcome. I keep telling myself if winter came early maybe spring will too- then I laugh at myself! LOL

I can't imagine what it must be like to have snow in the summer there. Though I suppose there is a great deal of excitment for some people. My gf in Perth has never experienced snow and is longing too. ( Pretty sure that will end the moment her face hits the - 20 let alone -35 C. LOL)

As for the nothing exciting to report down under, that is better than a horrible report right?

    1. Hi Willie, wow I have never been in an area with those temperatures. Maybe you gf needs a trip over to the south to see some snow for herself.
