FFF 8 CHECK IN
Eight weeks ago I didn't think I would last this long, yet I am feeling so much better in myself. Thank you so much Fondles for starting this challenge. Its wonderful and motivates me each week to try harder.
Been a bit slack with including fibre in my meals this week, so paying the price for that with a sore belly. That'll teach me a lesson to watch my diet more closely. Next week I aim to eat better.
As far as exercising goes I've done really well. Our aqua teacher resigned last week, even though its run by the Y, we had to find our own teacher to take over. We have found a real hottie, he is so young, yet has fun with all us oldies. Can you imagine a group of 30 over fifty years olds with this young boy teaching us. He loves it as he comments its fun, we love it as we have eye candy whilst exercising. Inspires us to try harder, I bet there are not too many absent now this youngen is around. LOL!

No decluttering as I forgot, well that's my excuse anyway.
Sunday I consider my day off from exercising and eating healthy.
Bear cooked some blueberry & raspberry pancakes which were so delicious.
Those scales aren't shifting at all. Would really love to move some belly fat, if anyone has some suggestions for easy exercises. Yeah I know exercises aren't easy, just with my back I can't do certain ones. Not as young as I used to be.
I ordered a mother of the bride dress off WISH which arrived the other day. I took a photo to show my daughters who loved it. Bear put his foot down saying no way, so back to the drawing board. Thank goodness I have just over 6 months to find something suitable.
